The seminar on Non-Industrial Private Forest owners is dedicated to Jari Kuuluvainen (Professor in Forest economics at University of Helsinki 1997-2009) who has a long and outstanding career in researching NIPF owners’ timber supply. Prof. emeritus Joseph Buongiorno, University of Wisconsin-Madison, has an extraordinarily long and productive career in forest economics.
